Andrew P. Hill | President

Andrew founded Commonwealth International's parent company in 2014, and began full-service operations with a team of five co-founding associates in 2017.
Prior to forming CI, Andrew served as a Management and Financial Consultant for international law firms and private equity funds. He is actively expanding CI’s services portfolio by completing a law degree in London, U.K. to qualify as a solicitor.
Andrew is a Master's Degree graduate of Harvard University, where he served as a Senior Teaching Fellow in Harvard Business School’s MBA program and in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He will earn his law degree in 2019.
Joshua M. Brent | Associate

Josh joined Commonwealth International as a co-founding associate in 2017. He is responsible for partnership development, operations research, and supporting client transactions.
Prior to joining CI, he was a member of Concord Wealth Management and the Private Equity Group at Kenston Green. Josh is educated by Brandeis University of Waltham, with concentration in Business and Economics.
Patrick D. Coffey | Associate

Patrick joined Commonwealth International as a co-founding associate in 2017. He is responsible for partnership development, legal research, and supporting client transactions.
Prior to joining CI, he was a member of the Private Equity Group at Kenston Green and a judicial intern with Dedham District Courthouse. Patrick is educated by the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with concentration in Economics.
Mikaela R. Hensen | Associate

Mikaela joined Commonwealth International as a co-founding associate in 2017. She is responsible for partnership development, legal research, and supporting client transactions.
Prior to joining CI, she was a member of the Private Equity Group at Kenston Green and a Director of Isenberg Women in Business. Mikaela is educated by the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with dual concentrations in Business Administration and Legal Studies.

Prior to joining CI, he was a member of the Private Equity Group at Kenston Green, and a legal intern with Law Offices of Vinca, Jarrett, and Associates. James is educated by Trinity College of Hartford, with concentration in Public Policy and Law.

Jake joined Commonwealth International as a co-founding associate in 2017. He is responsible for partnership development, legal research, and supporting client transactions.
Prior to joining CI, he was a member of the Private Equity Group at Kenston Green, and a logistics supervisor with a Boston retail supply chain. Jake is educated by the University of Massachusetts at Boston, with concentration in Finance.
